The Diabetes Consultation is available to those with a diagnosis of diabetes or prediabetes. Perks for enrollment in the program include unlimited access to specially trained pharmacists in diabetes management, optional 2-week continuous glucose monitoring (CGM).
A detailed in-person or virtual private consultation to help improve your health, reduce cost, decrease potential for side effects by optimizing your medication use.

During your initial visit, our clinical pharmacists will collect a detailed medical and weight history, discuss treatment options, and create a personalized treatment plan to meet your goals.
Meet with our team to perform a blood pressure check and assessment. Learn about the impact of lifestyle changes and medications on your blood pressure.
Lab-quality Lipid Panel (Total Cholesterol, LDL, HDL, Triglycerides) and Glucose results provided in as little as 90 seconds from a small fingerstick blood sample. Fasting is not required for screening.

Vivitrol (naltrexone for extended-release injectable suspension) monthly injections used for the treatment of alcohol dependence or for the prevention of relapse to opioid dependence.
Vaccines offered include - annual influenza vaccines, COVID-19, routine vaccines (shingles, pneumococcal, hepatitis, HPV etc.) and travel vaccines. Vaccines are available for patients who are 5 years and older.

Schedule a time to complete the "Hands-On" portion of the Pharmacy-Based Immunization Administration Certificate Training Program.
Participant is responsible for the following Virtual Hands-On Skills Practice supplies:
-NaCl 0.9% solution for injection
-2 - 1" safety needles (Pharmacist)
-1 - 1" safety needle (Pharmacy Technician)
-1 - 5/8" safety needle
-Bandages, alcohol swabs
-Sharps container
-Volunteer to be injected with NaCl 0.9% solution for injection
-Licensed pharmacist who is APhA trained in immunization delivery with active CPR training to observe injections
